a Chinese Martial Art to Body & Soul Tuesday
evenings 7:15 to 8:45 pm. It is based on six animals (tiger,
black panther, white leopard, python, cobra, and boa), each
embodying a different way of moving and meditating, different
system of the body and part of the brain, and different
style of self defense. With powerful punches and aerial
kicks, this vigourous workout "unleashes the animal
within" and centers you with the meditation. Steven

• Yoga for Writers -- James
Moran is teaching Yoga for Writers--beginning
to intermediate healing of the writer's body, Sundays 10:00
to 11:30 am. The class is for writers and anyone who sits
in front of a computer a lot or has tight shoulders and
neck. James is also subbing for Jim Gallas through March.

Radiance Kundalini Yoga -- Daljit
